		<description>No sodas, lots of vegetables (especially dark green and leafy) and some fruit (can turn into too much sugar), fish, meat in small amounts, plenty of whole grains and some carbohydrates, joghurt, oatmeal. Keep trying anything you don&#039;t like - you can actually get to like it!</description>
