		<description>I have fond memories of being introduced to The Color of Night and Beyond the Valley of the Dolls by you. I dug them both, and I&#039;d certainly put TCON near the top of my list.

Basic Instinct, however, I&#039;m not sure I agree with -- that was a transformative experience for every boy around my age when it came out.

Plus, of course, the finest piece of cinema in modern history: Waterworld.</description>
